help with Bulking diet

I am 23 yrs old 6"2 211 lbs about 15%BF i am currently on 500mg a week test e1-12, 300 mg a week tren e1-10, and dbol 30 mgs for 1-4 i am on 3rd week right now up 11lbs already, i know the test is kicking in i am needing higher calories and more protein goal is to add more weight but clean weight so if u have any suggestionms please let me know

7am- 1cup of oatmeal
8 egg whites
1 bannana

10am- shake

12noon 1.5 cup of rice
2 chicken breast

3pm 2 cans of tuna, apple

workout 330-5

5pm postworkout shake and greek yogurt, granola

6:30 ppwo meal 2 chicken breast, 1.5 cup of rice

9pm 2 tbs natural peanutbutter

11pm casein shake

I am trying to get atleast 4500 calories and between 400-500 grams of protein i beleive i have enough carbs please advise if u see any thing wrong
 
Looks fine.
If you are using white rice switch it 2 brown.
Add some vegetables

Other than that good luck.
Don't think you need anymore protein lol
 
It is an interesting and helpful information about the diet. I am really thankful to share the valuable information about the diet. Because it is help me to maintain my health with following the effective diet.
