help with calculation

Sir Anabolic

JUST GROW.
I'm not good with math so if anyone can chime in with this.

The potatoes I have are labeled "prime size". The nutrition facts serving size (1 serving) is a "medium potato (5.3 oz)"

one serving is 110 calories. I need around 630 calories, give or take a few.

So I would need 31.8 oz to get 660 calories, correct?

I weigh the potatoes raw. What I don't understand is why the hell the potatoes are prime size and they put a medium potato as a serving. They're surely not medium potatoes.

you are correct 31.8 oz will add up to 660 cal. And for you prime size question. Its called prime size not because it's the biggest but this size russet patato is the growth to its maximum size without losing any of it's taste. Any bigger you would start to get a bigger starch taste.

Hope it helps. Cirrus.
