Help with calfs, fors, & biceps

I have tried every type of possible thing you can do to mtry to make them grow bigger, but it just does not happen, all other body parts do fine, what do you suggest.
 
Dog crapp calf workout and bicep stretches.


For forearms try:


Rev chins and pull ups after wrist curls and reverse wrist curls.
Try behind the back wrist curls supersetted with reverse preacher curls.
 
calfs do light reps around 6 to 8 and forarms keep the reps around 10 to 15 and for biceps keep them around 6 to 8. For exercises check out abcbodybuilding.com
