Help with cut please

Hey, I am currently bulking and will be cutting in about 2-3 weeks with EQ and Winstrol (winny), Right now I'm buying lots of chicken, corn, yogurt, and anyhting else with high protein and LOW LOW carbs... I was wondering if anyone else can add into my diet and tell me what I shouyld put in to have a nice clean cut.

BTW how long do you guys think it will take for me to get nice and cut.... I am 5'11 226 lbs @ about 12-15% body fat now... Any help will be appreciated
 
cut the corn, it's glycemic index is too high.

Eat clean, high protein, low carb - but dont crash your calories. Bring them down about 200-300 dailys cals per week -- or your body will actually try and store fat (ie think its starving)

Extra fiber.

Cardio Morning and evening - 45 minutes max per session.

Extra EFAs - absolutely critical. get your fats.

1-2 lbs max loss per week or you'll eat your muscle

Get some Keto pee sticks at the Px - track your fat burn and make sure it's not too much (light purple is best)

Yep, get your EFAs from fish oil. 9g a day minimum (you can use cod liver oil for up to 14g).

Eat lots and lots of meat since it's thermogenic.

Eat a good meal of meat before bed so you get a good 40-50g of meat protein in. This will help make sure sleeping isn't catabolic since it will keep blood amino levels up.
