I am on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) taking 250mg cyp/week.
I have to take something for estrogen or I end up with gyno and a lot of water retention.
I used .5mg anastrozole ed and it worked very well but made my stomach so upset I was in the bathroom 3x a day. It isn't just from taking with food or not. .5mg probably had my estrogen too low, so I tried going to .25mg ed which kept many estrogen related symptoms at bay but still upset my stomach.
I am trying 20mg Nolvadex ed right now. It doesn't work as well for bloat, but my stomach is a little better. Not enough to keep taking it though.
If I can't find a solution, I will have to take less test and cut out all prescription estrogen control products.
Sorry to have such an unusual problem, but in the book Anabolics, the author mentions some people get digestive problems on AIs.
A lot of things upset my stomach.
Unless someone has a new idea with prescription meds, I will try to find something otc.
Any ideas.
Thanks for any experience you may share.
