Help with first cycle PCT

I have finally decided to try my first bicycle ride, I would like gain lean mass and cut as much fat as possible. Worked out for about 10 years, the last 3 very intense.

I want to run test-e and winny, I know you guys will flame for a first timer going with two compounds, but get over it

- Week 1 to 12: Test-e @ 250 mg every 3.5 days (500mg/week total)
- Week 1 to 4 Winstrol 25mg Orals, 2 a day (Mon-Fri) for the first 5 weeks. [50mg per day]


So thats how I would run my test and winny, need advice on the, AI's and Post cycle.

I will have all the proper PCT stuff, Clomid, Tamoxifen and Arimidex will also be on hand. I will hopefully have a blend of Clomid 50mg,Aromasin 6.25mg and nolva 20mg also. Do you think HCG is necessary?

Also my diet is super clean now, and will stay so while on, Chicken, turkey, roast beef, almonds, egg whites, tuna, and greens, and allot of it. Also, plenty of fish oil and Liv 52

PS: Have considered Dbol for a jumpstart also.
 
I always ran winny at the end of my cycles but that's just me. Yes hcg is required, I've ran 500iu a week and on heavy cycles I've done 5000 iu in 2 blasts at the end before starting pct. Also with test 2 you could go 14-16 weeks if you wanted, and up dosage to 750mg a week if you wanted. Just my input though man I'm by no means a very like so many on this site
 
As said, run the HCG and AI during and after the cycle (weeks 1-15). Then start PCT in week 16. No AI or HCG during PCT. Just Clomid and Nolva.

Do you understand why it is recommended that you do not run two compounds in your very first cycle. It is one thing to disregard advice after weighing it. It is another to disregarding it out of ignorance.

Getting pre, mid and post cycle blood work?

Finally, use the AI from day 1 of your cycle. It can't do anything if it just sits in a bottle on your bathroom counter. Prevent problems rather than treat them later (e.g. prevent gyno or get surgery after it appears).

So if I have any serious adverse affects I can pin it on one compound instead of guessing between the two. I plan on running Aromasin throughout.
 
No need for the Winstrol. You need to understand what a first cycle is and what you and your body learn from it. You will not be ready to utilize the benefits of Winstrol like you think this will take place.
Listen to us and just do the Test and you will be quite pleased with what this can do if you eat right train right and get good rest.
Also do as Megatron said about the AI. It is preventative medicine for the sides of HIGH Estrogen. Study up on high and low E2 levels can effect you. Do not over do your AI. MORE is not good.

You should understand more , the profiles of the compounds in depth. If you did really understand you would not do the Winstrol. AS was said it is done at the end of a cycle as a finisher so to speak. Used mostly for competition ( not in all cases) and the pre contest prep to stay hard and vascular with your diet and training. Good luck and read up some more. :)

Yeah I meant to put it on the end of the cycle, just looking for a cutter to throw in to really help shred the fat.
