hey guys im going in for an op next week to repair torn ligaments in my wrist gona have to have the bones pinned and be put in cast! the docs have givin me a negative view on things telling me the op is to preserve quality of life and lifting is not a good idea anymore! I was wondering if there are any supplements herbal or pharmacutical medicines that could help ligaments to strenghen or repair? thankyou
