Donate blood to lower your RBC's. That is easy to fix.

Drink more water for you kidneys and avoid NSAIDs.

Investigate what is going on with your thyroid. It is indicating hypothyroidism. You need to get in front of that.

TT looks great!

Hm thanks Megatron, normally I drink enough 3 - 4 liter, but did alot cardio and HIIT that week.

Which next steps do you suggest ?
1) Drink more
2) More blood donating, every 2 weeks ?
3) Another blood test to validate the Hypothyroidism ? Or directly contacting a doctor ?

Stay with the water whatever do you, keep it flowing white.

Haha thanks mate ! Will do !

Im abit scared about the Thyroid value ...

However, Im in 2nd week of my cycle, upped my kcal to 3500 (before 2000kcal cut to under 10% BF) and dont feel sick, I feel like superman atm :D

Looks like you left a key piece of info out!!!!!!!!!!!!! How long were you in a caloric deficit for? That is the most likely culprit for your slow throid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did you take breaks to "reset" your metabolism?

You can only donate blood every 56 days unless you are willing to do it yourself.

Well, actually I wanted a good look in summer holidays in August, I was at 10% BF then.

Afterthat I didnt really gain much fat, because in October I was in holidays again -> still 10% BF.

October to January I freaked out about my upcoming cycle and kept cutting. In december the bodpod results was 7% BF.

Moreover I have to say, that I do intermittent fasting for more than 3 years now.

But my Test levels are great, so I dont care hahah ...

Drinking more water might exacerbate the low electrolyte levels. Maybe increase your salt intake.

Have you ever tested ferritin (iron) levels? I think the MCV, MCH, RDW values could point to low ferritin (somewhat speculative).

A lot of your values are so borderline I wouldn't worry about them.

Ferritin was included in his labs below. In the normal range, but towards the lower end of the scale.
