help with my bulk diet

meal 1: 8 egg whites, 2 whole, 1 cup oatmeal
meal 2: homemade weightgainer
meal 3: protein bar
meal 4: 8 ounce chicken breast, i cup brown rice, flax oil
meal 5: same as 2
meal 6: same as 3
post workout: nlarge2
meal 7: 8 ounce lean ground meat, large sweet potato

this will give me about 4700 cals, 170 fat, 390 carbs, 400 protein

the reason for the shakes and protein bars is because i'm with paitents all day and can't eat real food will treating them.

my stats are 5'6, 190, 7%, will be "on" during the diet

any suggestions would help

Cholesterol looks a little high in N-Large, but 52 gms or protien per serving....Sweet. And whats the homemade weightgainer?
