Help with My Sust 250 Cycle

Stats 5'6" 165lbs.
29 years old.
3rd cycle.
Pins Monday / Thursday 1 ml each 500 mg a week of sust 250.
I have liquidex rui that's 2yrs from my last cycle. Will still work?I've been taking. 5 rod on cycle. I'm on week 3 of my cycle and feel like my chest is stretching in a uncomfortable way. I don't have sore or sensitive nips at all but chest acne is deep bumps. Gyno sides? Or panic? Should I order more liquidex since it's 2 years old. I have Nolvadex and clomid for pct dose?

Even if you kept the RUI adex in the fridge the whole time (which you are supposed to) I would probably get some new adex to be safe.

Check your blood work to see if your estradiol is elevated.

With Sustanton, you need to inject EOD due to the short ester in it. Not every 3.5 days.

Make sure you wait 4-5 weeks before starting PCT too due to the long ester also found in Sustanton.

Doesn't sound like gyno sides. It sounds like high estradiol sides.

Thanks for reply. What exactly is estradiol? I read it's a female hormone. Also would liquidex help or would it be something else? I'm doing. 5 mg liquidex ed but it's probably under dosed. Going to order more today.

Estradiol is one of the forms of estrogen. It is the most powerful form. It is not just a female hormone. Men have and need estradiol as well. But too much or too little is bad for you.

Testosterone aromatizes (converts) into estradiol via the aromatase enzyme. This happens when your body has too much testosterone - like when you are running a cycle. This is one of the methods your body uses to find homeostasis. Read about the HPTA if you want to know more. Anyway, if you don't want to let all your testosterone aromatize into estradiol you need to use an Aromatase Inhibitor which is what Liquidex is. Liquidex is the brand name of the drug Anastrozole. But you have to be careful to not take too much. Low estradiol is worse than high estradiol. Ideally you want it to be between 20-40pg/ml when you get your blood work tested.

5mg daily of Anastrozole is an insanely high dosage. Many guys running 500mg of Sustanton weekly are able to get by on .25mg of Liquidex EOD. Yes, .25 with a decimal in front. Vs your 5.00!

Get new Anastrozole or Exemestane right away. You don't want Gynecomastia, Edema, etc from the high estradiol. And make sure you get blood work to confirm you are taking the right dosage.

I would also encourage you to read the sticky threads here. This is just the tip of the iceberg about understanding cycles. It sounds like you could benefit from a refresher.

Sorry it's .5 mg eod not 5mgs. Just order more liquidex and will check on blood test.

What should my PCT be? I going to do clomid and Nolvadex. 50mg clomid and 40mg of Nolvadex for 2 was then 20mg. When should I start? I've heard 18 days and 21 days?.
