help with nolvadex and aromasin cycle

i need help with nolvadex and aromasin cycle. i dont wanna mess up my libido or anything im new to all of this any suggestions. i also have never done steroids and have like pseudo gyno no lumps or symptoms... i wanna go low dose and i dont know if i need Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) or not. its not post cycle therapy (pct) but just to get rid of pseudo gyno. and also i ordered clen and t3 but i am kinda scared of it. i dont wanna do irreversible damage please help. thankyou

im reading it like you have got no gyno but then it says "just to get rid of gyno"

run aromasin ed at 12.5mg for 4 weeks, see what happens. Add nolva 20mg ed from the 2nd week and further it 2 more weeks.

week 1 - 12.5mg aro ed
week 2 - 12.5mg aro ed
week 3 - 12.5mg aro ed/20mg nolva ed
week 4 - 12.5mg aro ed/20mg nolva ed
week 5/6 - 20mg nolva ed and discontinue aromasin.

if not .... Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and nolva works, i used it in post cycle therapy (pct) once, was good.

I just got done with a cycle of M-Drol. I did it for 4.5 weeks and just in the last 2-3 days have noticed small lumps behind the nipples. Mild to no sensitivity though. I am taking 2ml of liquid nolva right now. Should I take letro or pram also to get rid of the gyno? Really bummed that I didn't have something on hand to already be taking when I first noticed it 2-3 days ago.
