Help with split routine.....

Little Help Here Please....

Ok so I need some insight/advice on a routine here...

Monday: Back/Bis
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Chest/Tris
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Legs/Shoulders
Sat: Rest
Sun: Back/Bis
(and so on goes the rotation)

Does this look like over or under training or am I on track here?? Never have really dealt with a personal trainer or that sort of thing---this is simply a routine that I picked up from a marine friend of mine right after he got back from Iraq. Wasnt sure if there were too many or not enough rest days in the mix. Any help is greatly appreciated!
 
Oh---I guess that I should add that my aim here is to bulk up---adding some mass. Please feel free to offer suggestions/alternatives to modify my routine if its lacking or over-done in any way. Thanks in advance.
