Hey guys, I need some help,. I'm 6'3" 279 lbs I'm not real fat bf% is something like 16 I think. I workout hard 6 times a week. Run two miles 3 days a week. I need help losing this weight . My diet is clean., tons of fruits , lean proxies, lettuce. I just don't understand why I can't drop this weight, I'm 31 years old, recently went to the doctor and had a testosterone test done, was a 164 she said it was supposed to be 500-800. Could this have anything to do with it? His got me on 150 ml test injections every three weeks, could this help? Should I up the dose or the frequency? Thanks guys for all of your help.
