i noticed that your not really doing any tricep exercises there, i mean triceps are partialy invovled in 4 of those, but nothing direct

i would add close grip bench, and/or dips (might also think of skullcrushers) and another tricep exercise, maybe something witch cables, but the cg bench and dips are a must

also i think it might be beneficial if you could just do triceps and chest, and leave shulder to another day, because you dont seem to be doing a lot of work for your shoulders.... for example what do you do for rear delts?

its also kinda odd that you do only 2 sets, and you have a preset number of reps for each set

just my 2cents, i hope i want too critical, i dont want to come off as an ass

you looking to add strength? first off where are you missing the benches at? if your missing them off the bottom do pause work. if you missing them at lockout or miday up do some rack work. drop the incline work all together.

somehting like this

flat bench (variation fromabove need)
flat hammer grip db presses
militaries
side lats
rear delts (these play a role in benching)

I'm actually missing them around 3 inches.

for rear delts..can I do some back works for it since back works really fuck them up

thank you very much, PB

will give it a try this coming week..

keep ya posted

3" from top or bottom?

use some bottom ups.set the bar on your rack pins in the bottom of the range of motion and start there come up to lock out then down pause on the pins repeat, and paused bench.both really helped my bottom end.these are pb approved.
