hay guys
I just recently found out that I am oh so weak on tri and chest area. I am a lot stronger when it comes to back/legs/bi workouts..
please help.
my chest/tri/shoulder routine is simple
flat bench 3x8-6-4
incline db 2x10-8
incline flyes 2x10
millitary presses 2x10
side lats 2x10
hammer presses 2x10
