helping my girl w/a lifting program

My gf has always done cardio, but has just recently taken an interest to adding weight lifting to her workouts. Can I just have her do pretty much what I do, except less weight and more reps? 10-15 reps? Shes just trying to get really toned. Anyone know of a good program for females w/this goal?

the best exercises for the body never change..have her concentrate more on form..dont worry if shes reaching failure at 10 reps or 15 or whatever..get her form down first
 
I can honestly say good squats can tighten a girls ass up in about 4 weeks where it is really noticeable. You will notice it most when she is on top and you are grabbing handfulls of ass.

yeah and shes facing the other way while she riding junior home. DAMN!!!!!!!

If she's only lifting 2 days a week, what would u have her do those 2 days? Deads, rows, sqauts, calf raises?? CHest, shoulders??

hers a sample routine for a 2 day split. not etched in stone but a starting point. but this will work.

Day one:
Wide grip Bench Press 2 x 6
Dips 2 x 10
upright rows or side laterals 2 x 8
squats 1 x 8, 1 x 4
calves your choice 2 x 10

Day two:
Dead lift variation 1 x 8, 1 x 4
Reverse Grip , narrow grip pull downs 2 x 8
Some type of row 2 x 8
wide grip straight bar curls 1 x 8-12 (don’t cheat)
hammer curls or some other forearm movement 1 x 8-12

cardio and abs on off days to suit your needs.
