hey dudes can u please check my diet

hey guys im 287.4 pounds (111kg) at 25% bf and im 18yrs old and thinking of competing.

breakfeast- 2 pieces brown bread 30g protein shake no carbs
then for the rest of the day ill consume 250g of chicken 4 times+ a protein shake after training

can sum1 help wif this diet or change it for me 2 suit my body and also can it be modified to fully shred


any help or answers would b much appricated thank.
