Thanks for everything, I just wanted to post some pics of before and after so I can see if my first cycle went the way it should of considering I didn't really know what to expect. thanks everyone for taking a look I was able to put on some weight and strength for sure, but like I said I really don't know what to expect.
 
test cyp 500 mg im only on week 8 of the cycle but i cant gain weight anymore i also ran deca for 6 weeks and am still

next cycle come to my diet thread.. we'll tweak that diet if need be.. u put some good size on though..

you should be able to keep 15-20

gotta keep the cals up-and run your post cycle therapy (pct) with no slackin-and you will be fine
 
i dunno about fat.. i would have to look at your diet.. im sure you put a little on.. a bulk is a bulk.. but you look like you got a bloat going... thats for sure.. its common with your type of cycle..
 
lifts are crazy, I was pretty strong before but you probably won't even belive me when I tell you what has happened, I have gotten my squat to 525 my bench press I one repped maxed at 575 and I have been doing 315 on shoulder press and 200 pound barbell curls. Honestly it has been nuts, I don't know my bodyfat I will have to test it when im not bloated anymore.
any more pics or stats like bf%? how are your lifts?

Ok, squat I believe.. bench press 575? I'm sorry bro, I don't believe that at all lol sorry. 200 lb. barbell curls? one rep or multiple reps? that's a lot of weight to do solid curls with proper technique
 
all 1 rep maxs thats why I said you probably wouldn't believe me if I told you, but I have had fun for sure. of course there is a little back in it, as far as curls but there is 200lbs on the bar.ha

id like to see your form on your max bench... an isolated chest bench of 500+ is something else..
