if anyone could give me a little help it would be much appriciated. i am currently looking at getting 100IU of jino and reading other posts over the last few days i half have my answer of turning it down but i thought i would ask anyway. ok first question is that the jino i am looking at expires 12/2011 it has always been refridgerated so is it still likely to be useable or could it have broken down and secondly 100IU is all that is available would it be worth doing such a small course a 2IU a day for 50 days or 4IU a day for 25 would either give any benifits ie training and proformance? finally i was thinking if i do get it being a small course should i stak it with say sus 250 to give a boost.

Please can anyone help I have just bought growth hormone called Serotism it hold 26.4 iu in each vial, i'm at a loss regarding how much water to mix with, and how much one iu would be when mixed with water.

Also do I use bacterial or sterile water if i want it to last for a few weeks.

As to releasing the pressure in the bottle, what I do is use a IM ( intramuscular syringe) 3ml to inject my water into the powder. I unscrew the needle from the syringe and poke the center of the rubber stopper, letting the pressure out. Then with the IM syringe, I let the pin hit the side of the bottle..causing the water to gently run into the powder. Shooting the water directly into the powder, can cause the GH to lose it's potency/ strength.

Few citys around the US have HGH therapy you have to have a few qualifcations for it. I know alot people say it expensive but if you can find these therapy's it is alot more less expensive. Like i said thoy only a few citys have them and only a few doctors beleive in HGH

Its still accurate, its just that somaject doesnt exist anymore. In reality, Somaject was at the time everyones introduction to generic chinese GH. The people behind Somaject orginally began their endeavour by trying to pass off counterfit Serostim.

The 2f huge problems were that with Serostim you can literally leave it at a room temp, but this wasnt Serostim, so guys were storing their Gh in shoe boxes our wherever and when they went to mix the water, you had GH that had degenerated and was useless, its still a living hormone so unless stored properly, thats that. Same thing goes with any injectable steroid just about any crack off or 10ml bottles from pharmaceutical giants knows that light and heat are the enemy. Most UGs use clear vials, because they are simply put cheaper and more readily availanbe. Brown bottlles, are what doesnt allow light in and as long as stored in a cool dry place can last 5 yrs or more. The expiration date they put on there is usually BS, except for hormones. HGH, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), IGf1, and so on.

Thank all for the good info. There is still one aspect of taking HGH I am unclear about:
I read many different views about eating or drinking before or after a injection of GH.
Some people write: one cannot eat, for 1-2 hours after an injection?
Or: one has to wait 1-2 hours after eating, to do an injection?

I did speak with a parent, whose child had growth deficiency, the child was under the care of a Pediatric Endocrinologist for close to eighteen years. She [the parent] said: "food and drink do not interfere with the hormone".

One would think, if there were dietary restrictions connected to GH, the Pediatric Endocrinologist would have informed her [the parent], from the very beginning, of her young son's treatments? Her son was three years old, when he started getting GH prescribed for him.

because pharma inserts on human grade HGH usually tell you to take it "at bedtime" so that it is assumed you will be fasting for 6-8 hours before eating again, thus not eating indications/warning

i think taking it at night is a good thing, but others think u should take it am as to not interfere with your natural hgh pulse at nightime

if you take it in the am, do not eat for at least one hour, no coffee , no sugar, nothing

glucose spike caused by eating within one hour of hgh is not a good thing,

with pro longed hgh usage their are diabetes type concerns, avoiding eating close to IM will prevent this

So, let's just say for discussion purposes, I finish eating my dinner betweem 7:00-8:00pm, eat a small amount of fruit around 10-10:30pm, and then do my injection of HGH at 11-11:30pm.
I should be OK...correct? No "glucose spike" issues...correct?
Bottom line, how long should I wait, after I eat, until it is recommended to take my injection of HGH?
HGH is expensive enough as we all know. I want to be sure I use in the most effective way. Or, to put it in simpler terms...the most bang for my buck.

Sorry to say but you have counterfeit kits. Serono makes two products Saizen which is 5mg per vial which is 15 iu and Serostim which is 6mg and 18iu per vial. 1mg of GH is equal to 3iu. Also GH has a half life that is a matter of hrs, 6hrs at best injecting several times.a.day is your best bet. Also.since GH.doesn't hinder natural production a good time to take a shot would be about 2hrs before bed. Since Gh is released from the pituitary during REM sleep taking that shot before bed would spike around the same time your body is producing its own and you have yourself an extra boost. I say 2hrs before hand based on normal sleeping which most people fall into that anaesthetic type of unconscious which is when you enter the REM phase.which should take about an hr or two depending on the person. Again anything marked over 18iu per vial for Serostim is fake, wish I would have saw this sooner, it could be generic GH labled as a brand name and jacking up the price, it wouldn't be the first time someone did it.
