HGH for anti-aging purposes.

I'm 30 years old, and have always said once I enter the "three's" that I would get on a HGH regimen.

I plan on taking 1IU daily.

Here's the situation: Mostly those who are taking 1IU are over the age of 50, and have little to no natural HGH production, so they are getting a benefit with the synthetic no matter what. So the question is, does supplemental HGH shut down your natural HGH production? Because if I start taking it at my age, I'm pretty sure 1IU would be less than what I'm already putting out. Basically I want the 1IU to add on to my what I'm already getting. If so (it does shut down your natural) would I simply add .5 or 1 to go up to 2IU?

i doubt 1 iu would shut you down. it translates to around 100 points on the test results (idk the units).

1iu is a very low dose. Most start at 2iu and increment up slowly (to avoid sides) to 3-4iu. Most I've seen out there hit a sweet spot at 4-6iu. A couple folks I know swear by 4.5iu. I didn't really notice anything until 5iu after a couple months. Everyone is different so figure out what works for you.

No research seems to be available on whether using synth HGH shuts down natural production so it is recommend 5 days on, 2 off or 6/1 in a week. Seems about 50/50 on what folks do.

Steel,
Have you thought or looked into peptides? A Semorelin/GHRP-6 combo? It is supposed to, in time, restart your pituitary and thus increase your natural production of HGH.

Deus Malo seems to know his stuff w/ HGH.. I read a couple threads on it and some think if you take it in the morning then your body will be ready to produce it's natty GH when your sleeping, which is when your body normally produces it
