People say you should do HGH 'for as long as you can afford it'

Thankfully compared to 10 years ago and thanks to this board HGH is quite affordable these days.......

My question is if you where staying on HGH for life, whats the best dosage for minimum long term sides and also can you play around while you go......

Right now I'm aged 32 and been of cycling AAS for a year due to injury....

My idea was to firstly start on a dose of 2ui a day used along with Ephedrine to shake of some BF (currently around 18% due to time off)

then after six months when im cycling again, i'm unsure what to do, alot say EOD at higher doses means more muscle building and less sides, but if staying on for the foreseeable is his a good idea??

I'm thinking 2ui everyday upto make 4 is the amount to use constantly or would it be an idea to do the 2-4ui for the fat loss then switch it up to 8 ui maybe while on AAS, also if im off cycle whats the best for keeping muscle from AAS.

Basically question is if initally u wanted fat loss for 6 months then did the regular 8-12 week cycle protocol how would you use you HGH along side???

nice one bro, think i'll be doing some juggling with the doses, firstly to see whats best, but secondly to keep thee body guessing, question would be i know 2-4iu ED is considered low usage for long term........what about blasting like thee 10iu post work out is this a long term strategy

what i may do is 2iu to start raising to 4ui in morning all at once until im happy with fat loss and ready to start a bulk cycle then maybe look at the post work out blast during this stage (though due to times and commitments morning injections are the only ones i can guarantee)

because of this i may need to stick to morning only injections

Personally I was running the 2iu morning and 2iu post workout and have switched to 10iu post workout Mon, Wed, Fri during my cycle and once cycle is done I will return to the 2iu morning and post workout until next cycle
 
obviously hard to tell with the additional AAS but you feel the HGH serves your muscle growth better on the 10iu a day?? some people say this method leaves you with less sides??? How does the 4iu a day serve you after cycle in regards to keeps cycle gaains or gaining further still?
 
I've been running GH for the last 1-1/2 years and I'm current settled in at 3iu of Rips. I ran it for six months at 8iu. Honestly, the only thing that was diffrent was the sides. It sucked. I didn't see any measurable gains after that run. IMO, 3-4iu of good GH is the sweet spot after this point you are going to have a hard time justifying the sides.

I agree with most of what Kaz said except the recommendation of IM. If you are doing a blood seurm test okay, IM. For daily use or 5/2 I would go SubQ.

2iu is a good start and depending on how good your GH is you could take the dose up slowly and see how it goes. I started GH about 3 weeks ago at 2iu and have never sleep so good in my life.
 
I am currently running the GH for continued fat lose. IMO, the real benefit for GH is fat lose. It allows me to be a little sloppy with my diet and still maintain an above average physique. I am an over 40 bodybuilder and for me the greatest benefit I have experienced is the reduction in deep belly fat. This is the fat accumulated over a life time.

You are going to find tons of Internet gurus that are promoting GH for lean muscle gains. IMHO, if this is your goal don't waste your time. I've yet to find anyone who can quantify the gains while running GH. When the theory is challenged the argument is always the same "You didn't run it long enough" and "you weren't running a high enough dose". I have laid out the challenge before and I still stand behind it. Show me one person who has run GH (by itself, without AAS, PH or any other Hormones) that can quantify measurable gains. The stone cold fact is most body builders are running GH with AAS and people are confusing the GH for the gains. I'm not saying that you can not gain muscle as a result of long term, high dose GH use. What I am saying is if its so fucking minimal that you can pin down the gains; what's the point. If your a pro and you have been on for a decade and you are willing to spend the money and commit to years to gain a few pounds okay, I get. For most moral men stick to AAS and look at GH as a wonderful fat management tool.

Just my two cents. I'm not saying this is fact I'm just making a statement based on my personal experience; not some shit I read in a bullshit online report, or puking up information I read on another board.
