HGH Once or Twice a day?

I am about to start taking 4 iu's and was wondering if i should split it up to 2 times a day

Ive seen ppl do 2iu in the morning and 2iu evening.. and some do it in the morning..

GH is released naturally via pulsations. It is best to try and mimic that. Just make sure and know when one injections of GH has cleared the body before injecting again. Constant elevated levels of GH can lead to Acromegaly when the levels are high enough and the abuse is for extended periods. You have no worries at your levels but just an FYI as you move along.

I did twice a day when i used it. Next time I'll do once per day bc i want more muscle building than fat loss

The most effective way is 1. In the morning on an empty stomach 2. Before bedtime on an empty stomach.

I never shoot more than 2iu at a time, so for 4iu thats twice, I personally like shooting post workout then before bed
