HHH and the Red Cross

I have been really battling the Hemoglobin/Red Blood Cell battle since I started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and it was at its highest point today The Red Crosses Hemo meter read HHH which means its over 19( and I donated 4 weeks ago). I have decided to take a break from testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) to get it under control but would like to donate another pint soon. I will be on vacation next week in another state and am just wondering if your registration with the Red Cross is on a national database or if it is just a local database. Does anyone Know? If it is local only I will try to have another donation next week out of state.

Yeah, I have to donate every 2-3 months. I'm not sure if the Red Cross has a national database. Do a goodle search for ... "[state of interest] blood donation". Around here there are a lot of organizations/hospitals that take blood donations and they are not affiliated with the Red Cross. I tend switch off between the different organizations. They do not cross check donation dates between the various organizations. They all check hemo but hopefully you will find one that will take your donation (so long as your levels don't exceed their max threshold). Worst case, you can get a prescription from your doc and any blood donation center will draw your blood regardless of the hemo level (they just dispose of it).
