Hi guys, I heard that taking in sugar 1-2 hours before a blood test can lower test levels 30% is this true? I normally fast 8-10 hours and get results of 300-350 t level
You don't have to be fasted to test testosterone, so I would think that most men being tested consumed sugar in some form in the hours before their blood test.
Haven't heard of that either. I keep a close eye on sugar and lipids when i do bloods so i have to fast for those. Sugar lowering test is a new one to me and cant recall reading anything on the subject in all the years reading about trt and aas. curious if anyone has research on this though.
