linny i think you need to tweak your diet. MUST HAVE BREAKFAST. it doesnt have to be much. but make a combo of protein/carb/fruit or veggie.
im sorry to tell you that you are aging. so, your awesome metabolism that you had back in high school is slowing down. you cant really eat like you used to. so some of the extra treats you like to snack on need to be pushed out of everyday life and only eaten on a freeday. hense, the rice kripe treats for one. they are made with high frutose corn syrup. and high frutose corn syrup is, for lack of better words, the devil. know, from what ive read you are working and going to school full time. that means a lot of sedentary activity. am i right? well sedentary = zero extra calories being burned, and from your stated daily diet, im guestimating that you are eating more than you burn. know if you were to bust your ass off at the gym, you might be okay. fyres right. doent worry about anavar right know. tweak your diet, get a daily routine for working out, and so a fat burner. drop your fat percentage down a bit and then think about some anavar.
i go to school full time too and work full time as well. however, my MAIN event of the day is the gym. i get up REALLY early to go. and there is not one day that goes by that i ask myself "do i really want to get up?" "do i really want to hit up the gym?" EVERY FREAKIN DAY I GET UP EARLY. but somehow i kick myself in the ass to go. after im done working out im ALWAYS glad that i did. also, im very narrow minded in the morning. i have one task.....gym.
okay well my brain is shot and im going to hit the hay. tommorrow is another long day.
