hi im new...need help!!!

Hi. Im new to this..I have a few questions. Im 26, 5"4 170 pounds. My husband is a body builder, and he has heard a lot about women and using clen for weight loss. Ive read a lot about it, but still am not sure. I really wanna work hard at my goal. I am very dedicated to working out. Usually 5-6 days a week of an hour of cardio. Not much weight though. I think i need a lot of help...lol...thank you in advance for any tips or advice.
 
Do you not like weight training or has your husband not shown you any exercises? What have you done in the past? what kind of cardio do you do?
 
Ive done some weight training before, but not enough to really know what im doing. My husband has showed me a few, but its more for building muscle.( stuff he does) Im trying to lose weight, and tone. I do cardio 5-6 days a week. I use the elliptical mostly. At work though i bring the people i take care of running also, so about a mile run 3 times a week. My diet consists of eggs,chicken, fish, tuna, yogurt. All i drink is water. No soda, or junk food
