So many people with high liver enzymes lately
I think more and more people are becoming aware of how important blood work is. So we're just seeing results more often than before. Also, many folks don't think injectables are liver toxic, which is far from the truth.
You'd be surprised what stuff can elevate liver enzymes. Tylenol can wreck more havoc than a lot of the stuff we're worried about for instance. This was all pre-cycle bloodwork, havent touched anything in 10 years before that.
People need to take better care of themselves. Binge drinking and toxic loads will affect your livers. I work in healthcare, this person had an ALT over 2000. The next day it was 3000+. She was only 21.

- do you think it was from drinking? After just turning 19 mine went from 500's, two days later 7000+, 3 days after that they were down to 150ish. Now they're perfectly healthy, It definitely taught me to be conscious of everything Im doing to my body now.

Try ibuprofen (you want to limit anti-inflammatory meds though), it's slightly less harsh on your body.![]()

Acetaminophen is extremely hepatotoxic. What do you use tylenol for? Alcohol increases your liver's workload. It is possible.
- I use it for headaches, and in high doses too :S
