Tylenol is horrible.

You'd be surprised what stuff can elevate liver enzymes. Tylenol can wreck more havoc than a lot of the stuff we're worried about for instance.

Try just cutting that out and adding the nac if you want. I bet you'll be back to healthy levels in no time.

Caffeine can cure and cause headaches. Just a though. Are the headaches something you've always had, or are they stress related?

How bad are injectable AAS for your liver? I didn't really find a lot of info on that subject.

Also, I agree with Austinite that more people are becoming aware of precycle bloods and thus possible liver problems.

Try ibuprofen (you want to limit anti-inflammatory meds though), it's slightly less harsh on your body.

ibu will wreck your stomach.. horribly...

- headaches are random, no rhyme or reason.... i do notice if i dont have a coffee i will get one.
