high bio and free test high estradiol

this is my result from 250mg a week (2-3month)

total testosterone: 26nmol/l 749ng/dl ---------------normal level 8.3-30
testosterone bioavailble 18nmol/l ---------------normal level 4.5-13
free testosterone: 759 pmol/l ---------------normal level 210-534
shbg: 19nmol/l ---------------normal level 14-81
estradiol 263pmol ----------------normal level 0-220

i dont understand why my bioavailable test and free are too high like this and what can i take for lower my estradiol.

Your SHBG is on the low side, that could account for your high free T. It isn't that high... my last test free T was 3.5 times the upper limit with total T in range.

You should take an aromatase inhibitor (AI), like arimidex (anastrozole). Your E2 isn't that high, I wouldn't take more than .25 to .5 mg per week.

Well no, free and bioavailable T would be considered out of range. IMO free T being a bit above range is less of a problem than estradiol being above range for most guys.

An insanely high libido and muscle growth.

That's a wicked Bio Avail. T level. We have 1 lab in Canada that has a max range of 18.7 nmol/l at high end of range.
All else are up to 16 nmol/l.

It could possibly lower your good cholesterol.

I think your should keep your test dose where it is currently at. But you need to lower your estradiol. That should help you get your erections back and help you feel better. I would also look at adding 5mg of cialis daily. It is good for lots of things -- including erections.

How often are you injection your 250mg of test/week dose? If only once a week, try going to every 3.5 days. That will help even your hormone levels out, including estradiol.

P.S. Libido and erectile disfuction are different things.

Start injecting 125mg every 3.5 days instead of 250mg every 7 days. That will help a lot.

I wouldn't use Letro. That stuff will mess you up. Get on Arimidex or aromasin for your AI.

It is highly unlikely that testosterone from a legitimate pharmacy is underdosed.

Your high estradiol is more likely the reason for this.

Not likely. It can make your fatigued however.
