Solid point and should of mentioned that too, I know things are different in Canada but if you can find a way to get labs done that's the best route to surely know if it's e2.
Just pointing out bigswole he did mention he's in week 11 with no AI the whole time, it's safe to say most would need an AI at 400mg unless they personally like the water retention.. correct? Seems like it's possible his body has finally just packed on enough water to spike it after 11 weeks, or it could of been elevated prior and it just wasn't caught. Have you been checking BP the whole 11 weeks?
Either way if you start and AI be conservative don't start pounding huge doses or that will lead to more issues. Definitely try to get labs if you somehow can.
My blood pressure issues began about 5 days after my last shot. I normally keep track of my BP, been doing it for a long time even before I went on. I'd check it before and after my workout, then again the following afternoon to see if i had recovered. It always went back to normal by the next day.
My last shot was December 3rd. I have missed a shot since then, it was due on December 10th, but the way things were happening I was to worried to do the shot.
Workout was December 4 at 10pm. Checked it on December 5th about 24hrs after the workout, it was slightly elevated. Checked again the morning of the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th. It climbed everyday to the point where it peaked at around 159/107 i can't remember exactly.
When resting I could get it down to around normal, but if I got up and walked for 20 seconds, it would jump up extremely high.
