High estrone e1 gyno lump?

Hi new to the forum just need some help I have got saliva test last month because I was getting gyno lump,acne,low libido,no morning wood. since then I have been on dim i3c and gyno lump still there but not as sore, going to get a blood test again next week before I go could I get some advice on what to do because doctors won't prescribe arimidex? below is a list of my results,they have also checked my pituitary glands ,thyroid,hormone producing tumors and all came back fine and they think I am getting to much estrone from the chemicals I work with.thanks for the help

Generally, we look at estradiol (E2) since it is by far the most potent form of estrogen. In pg/ml your estradiol is only 2 (if I did my conversion right) which is very low. According to that, it looks like you need to increase your estradiol substantially.

Are you on TRT? Are you using any medications? What is your medical history?

Have you gotten blood tests before? I am not sure how accurate saliva tests are.

Did a doctor diagnose you with gyno? Is it pubertal gyno or have you used AAS?

Hi thanks for reply, no trt only meds I'm on are dim i3c because my estrone is double what it is meant to be,yes I have had one blood test but dont have copy of them ,my estrone was still high in that also.medical history since starting work gradually got worse due to chemicals over last 3 years,had gyno during puberty but lumps went away for 3-4 years now I have uni gyno and the lump is much bigger than puberty gyno yes doctor confirmed it is gyno,don't know what aas is if it's test treatment then no

Are you sure about your reference ranges? According to the mayo clinic, the normal range for E1 in males is between 10-60pg/ml. That puts you rightin the normal range. Your E2 looks very low as well. It doesn't seem like you have high estrogen problem. I tend to think your estrogen is too low which has negative health consequences.

For gynecomastia, have you tried using Raloxifene? That is often the first SERM to try using to reduce gyno.

Combo of letro and nolvadex is what I have personally seen work best for guys. You can use raloxifene in place of the tamoxifen, they are very similar. If letro won't do it only the knife will.

Have not used anything for gyno yet was going to sort out hormones and see if if went away,if that doesn't work I will try those meds,I am confused now is there a difference between saliva and blood even though it is still measured in pg/ml,is it possible to get gyno from low estrogen?i will add picture below of my lab results[

The difference would be the accuracy of the tests.

I have never heard of anyone getting gyno for low estrogen.

His E2 is already low at 7 pg/ml.

Allright thanks for the help I will wait till I get blood tests next week then post back,since being on dim my back and shoulder acne has gone,also I was looking at ranges for other saliva test referance ranges and my e1 is way to high and e2 is in range so I dunno why there are different ranges between blood and saliva,this is where I found info

Hey got my blood test results back today and I also got my old lab results as we'll,my oestradiol has gone from 160 pmol/l to 150 within 2 months of taking dim,is this much or is it going down slow? Also my free test is going down wtf is going on could someone please Help thanks.
