High GI carb foods that are lactose and gluten free

Hey guys, looking at doing a little bit of carb backloading (minus the intermittent fasting) so am looking for any suggestions for High GI carb-up foods that are lactose and gluten free.

Here's a list I've come up with already:

- white rice
- veges - sweet corn, carrot, sweet potato, potato
- fruit - watermelon, raisins, bananas, grapes, pineapple
- gluten-free bread, raisin loaf, tortillas, rice cakes, cornbread
- lactose-free milk, goat milk, coconut milk, almond milk
- honey
- refried beans, baked beans
- salsa, pasta sauce, mayonnaise and other sauces
- dark chocolate
- tortilla chips
- apple sauce, dried fruit, canned fruits in syrup
- corn/rice pasta
- cous cous, polenta

I'm looking for any other ideas folks might have. Any suggestions?
