Hey guys I was looking for a little feed back about HIIT cardio workout. I want just concentrate on fat loss more then weight training at this point. I'm going start my cycle maybe in April or early May so for the next month or so I want focus on fat burn. My question is can HIIT be done everyday? Or is it better to do it every other? I know there's different variation's of HITT but I was going to keep it simple and just use the elliptical machine. For my weight training I was going to follow a Tabata routine or a "pump routine" I found in a muscle magazine. I appreciate any feedback if HIIT really works and if it's better to do every other day or everyday there's too much debate online weather everyday or every other is better, thanks
 
HIIT works for me and I really enjoy it. Sometimes I do HIIT only days then do HIIT to warm up then lift weights. I also like doing sprints in some of my HIIT workouts. You gotta find what works for you and i'm still figuring out exactly what works for me, so I try different excercises. But of course losing weight is 80% Diet and 20% training IMO and what i've seen from others.


I use some of these routines, they're quick and kick your ass if you're not advanced in HIIT training.
