Hit Plataue Need New Routine

I am on a 5 day split now and want to keep a 5 day split, but switch stuff up.


I am currently bulking and going for mass!

here is my current routine.
suggestions please

mon-chest
3x5 flat barbell
3x5 incline dumbell
2x12 dumbell flyes
tues-back
3x8 deadlifts
3x5 rows
3x5 close grip pull downs
2x12 hyperextensions
wed-shoulders
3x5 military barbell
3x8 rear delt work
3x15 dumbell shrugs
thurs-legs
3x5 squat
3x8 leg press
3x8 sldl
fri-arms
3x8 skull curshers
3x8 close grip bench
3x5 preacher
3x5 straight bar
forarm work
 
other than the rep range thats a lot of volume per week frequency wise. unless you have great genetics, and you may, its gonna be tough on a 5 day split mainly because of rest periods being so short. you hittin tris three times per week. if you have plataued that may be a sign of what i am saying. just for a change tri adding shoulders and tris on chest day. add bis to back day. this is not a bash i like the exercises and the rep ranges you have picked i am not a fan of the 5 day split. try the 3 day for a while and see if it gets you moving again. my humble opinion anyway. i'm surprised no one asked about your diet. Maybe you've run into a wall for what you eat. Try upping your food intake a little and see where that gets you. I always hit a wall when I get to about 210 lean.
If I eat more I will grow, but when I cant keep up with the food I shrink right back to 210. I've learned to be happy at 210 cause I dont like eating more than that.
 
i think lifting five days in row may be part of the problem, i never could do that. Three days in a row is tough if you are squatting and doing deads. Try monday, tuesday, thurday, saturday. And make sure you are eating enough. It may be time to up cals.
