Running AML T400 at 1 1/2 shots a week, AML whinny, my own tren Ace, and TRT dose of TRT cyp.

Stats: 5'11 / 200lbs. Bf 13%
Been lifting for the past 10 years steady and have tried many test, tren, cycles in the past.

Arms 17 inch
Bottom waist 34. 1/4 inch
Top stomach 33. 1/2 inch
Chest 45 inch
Calves 16 inch
Thigh 24 inch

I'm using my own home brew tren Ace, AML T400, AML whinny caps, and TRT dose of 140 mg cyp.

Week 1-10 tren 120mg EOD.
Week 1-12 test Prop 75mg/week
Week 1-12 test E 260 mg/week
Week 1-12 test C 400mg/week
Week 8-12 Winstrol (winny) 50 md ED
Week 1-12 Armidex as needed
Pinning Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) twice a week.
Pinning the rest 3 times a week.
Also have caber, prami, and letro if needed.

I've been starting TRT ... Long story but I'm finally getting my test straight, it's been fucked for a while.

PCT 200 mg test cyp cruise

Workout: I'm outta town a lot so it's P90X. And then I also stager two-3 day of high reps at the gym. Hit all muscle groups twice a week once at gym then p90x. 1 day off a week.

Food:

Breakfast: 9 eggs whites cup of oatmeal

Lunch 1: 10 oz chicken breast/ brown rice or green beans

Lunch 2: Same

Lunch 3: Shake 50g protein

Lunch 4: Same

Shake after workout 50g protein plus carbs.

Maybe a healthy night snack if I'm hungry.

Substitute the chx for steak and salmon some days. Also substitute the brown rice for green beans or oatmeal. Just a generic idea of what ill eat. Eating super clean though.


All I know so far is that the Vialis is no joke. That shit is potent . I won't take a full ml of it again because my wife couldn't handle six times a day.

I didn't want any false pics so they will all be taken first thing in the morning.... No doing 200 push-ups to get swollen. Want this shit to be legit.

End week one. Lost 4 pounds from diet and training. PIP of T400 is no joke. Fuck I want to stab someone. Glutes were okay but quads is a big no. Can't walk or run or do cardio. It will be another 1-2 weeks before anything "kicks in"

Down to about 194 and 12% bodyfat and 3 1/2 weeks in. Took letro for the first 2 weeks to get some lumps down. they got smaller but also really felt like it was hindering my gains. Starting to get some night sweats and very irritable now and again. Trensomnia is a factor some nights but an easy fix. Noticed my stomach is definitely looking better. Going to really focus a lot on traing a lil harded the next two months. There is always room for improvement . Lil more cardio too. Ill take pics after another week and compare. Strength has gone up but I'm really not focusing on it. Hitting more high reps. Figured I would feel a lil more energized with the amount of test I'm taking but nothing out of the ordinary. We will see soon.

Mon. Plyometrics
Tues. Chest & Back & Ab X
Wed. Off
Thurs. Shoulders & Arm & Ab X

Gym

Fri. Legs & Back
Sat. Chest & Weighted abs & 30 min cardio
Sun. Shoulders & Arms & 30 min cardio

It definitely hinders my cardio. On legs and back day I'm sweating like a pig in the gym. And can feel it during cardio but its working. Staring to see some veins on my stomach.
 
What's your opinion on running Test/Winstrol for military style training ? Would the Test have a negative effect on the cardio/stamina ?

No, test does not impact cardio, only tren and only at higher doses, he is using over 400 mg a week, not a basic cycle so he understands the sides of pushing it , if you use only test and Winstrol (winny) you only have classic sides to consider, estrogen conversion and water retention and possible dry joints from the winny
In fact expect an increase in cardio capability as your red blood cell count increases, it's blood doping at its finest

Lost about 3lbs from sweating last night. So that counts as cardio right??? Ha. Fina cough today as well. Sides suck but the results are showing. Diet is spot on. Been taking caber .5 a day. And stane 12.5 twice a week. And just incase I always have letro and Vialis in hand too.
 
Blew out my knee. I need surgery. Not going to waste any gear. Ill cruise on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) till I heal up a bit.
