Why would someone dispose of a vial and a single needle and return it? Sharps containers cost 5 bucks, people really are sad in this day and age.

I am not shocked by the downy.....I am shocked that it was returned. What asshole employee took it back? (rhetorical question--all walmart employees are...nevermind)
