Do you guys think this is any good?

Meal 1: 09:00
600 gr lean yoghurt
1 slice brown bread
50 gr cheese
3 capsules omega-3

Training 10:15

Directly after working out 11:45
Energy drink, banana, protein shake

Meal 2: 14:15
180 gr macaroni
120 gr tuna fish
200 gr vegetable
2 slices cheese

Meal 3: 17:30
1 slice brown bread
75 gr chicken
150 gr vegetable
1 herring

Meal 4: 20:30
100 gr chicken
cracker

I am 1,78m, 83kg, bf12%

What are you trying to accomplish? Gain weight? Lose weight? Maintain? How many calories are you taking in with that meal plan? How many calories do you need to maintain your current body weight?
