ok guys so i have been dieting and working out for the past couple of weeks and want to know if i'm on the right path. i've been lifing 4 days a week and doing a minimum of 20 min of cardio after workouts. for the past couple of days i have done 45 min cardio in the morning then hit the weights later in the night. i just wanna know if this is a good path to getting thinner and leaner. can anyone help?
