How am I going to get HCG that is not expired

Again I’m new to this, but I had no idea HCG had such a short shelf life. How in the world will I know if it is still usable or not. Completely new to this, I just want to do it right when I go on my first cycle

Check the expiration date on the package.

Store it properly.

Write down the date on the vial of when you reconstituted the hCG so you know when the clock started running.

Exactly what I do except I pull from the vial rather than backfill and leave an air bubble and freeze. I'll keep doing it. Pull a skin pin out the freezer, shower and pin after. They thaw fast.
