How big can you get before going with aas?

I know this is a stupid question that's hard to quantify because of many different factors. I thought about it because of the 21 yo who posted his pic earlier and wanted to get on aas that his trainer was gonna supply and as usual our advice was to stay natural a while longer.

I've only been back to lifting for about a year and have been on trt for that period and done a test only cycle. I am not big, but want to be big with a bodybuilder physique. Now that I've been on this site for a while and seen lots of you guys post pics of yourselves, I now wonder if the people that I see who have good size are or were taking steroids. There's a guy at my work I ran into a while back and when i grabbed his arm, it was as big as my leg. (We wear long sleeve coveralls at work so I didn't know he was that big) So now I'm left wondering if he is on the juice or just trained really hard for a long time.

At 5'8", 190 right now, 13-15% bf, & 43yo, assuming I have decent workout routine and eat correctly, how big/muscular can i get if i stay on trt an don't do any more cycles. If you want to post pictures as an illustration, that would be great. I know i won't be mr olympia, but I'd like to be able to wear a hoodie and people still know I workout.
 
Your already good size for your age and trt honestly don't see you growing much more than that maybe just lean out. For the real size we obviously need stronger hormones and doses you look good though. If you ran hgh pharm grade that be another story
 
I personally plan to keep cycling. When i was younger i could put on a decent amount of muscle fairly easily and quickly. Maybe put on definition would be a better explanation. Not big, but could look good quickly. Now that I'm an old fart, i must supplement.

So while I'm asking about me specifically, I'm also asking a general question.

I did look into the blue top generic hgh the other day, but dang that gets expensive with how much you need and how long they suggest you run it.

Save your money for pharm grade I waited 2 years finally get to some hopefully lands tomorrow I've tried generics I have nothing good to say but that's a touchy subject too many I'll leave it at that
 
your questions are not stupid ask away, now you look around 15% bdf what you need to do is stay at your trt doses keep hit cardio 3 x a week eat clean get with 3J he will get you a diet plan to bulk up and yes u can look lean with mass, I my self eat around 3,000 cal ed and I'm on trt doses 200mg of test c every 10 days I just added 40mg of var ed, I'm massive and lean people think you need to do heavy cycles and thats far from the truth, you have some mass add more but keep hit cardio

what are your trt doses?
 
I was 170 in my avatar and did my test only blast and got to 190. But about two thirds of the way thru the blast, i got lazy with the diet. I stopped tracking calories, stopped eating clean, and gave in to my sweet tooth almost daily. As of this past tuesday I'm back to eating clean. I don't care about my weight but want to get my bf down. I'm trying 2500-2700 calories a day and will adjust it as needed to keep at the weight i want, not below 180.

I don't know what happened with my diet. I had been doing well for so long and then just gave up and had ice cream every day along with fast food and just crap.

lol this happens to most of us we start eating cheat meals once and end up doing it all the time, but that's ok bro just keep you 2700 clean diet and do hit cardio drink a gallon of water every day and I promise your gonna drop water and fat :)
 
Just saw your question. My trt dose has been a little all over the place. Officially, right now I'm prescribed 150 test cyp every ten days, but technically the doc goofed. He said 200 every 10 days but wrote the script for 150.

He was telling me to do every two weeks injections at first and i was just injecting when i wanted but staying with the dosage amount he prescribed. If he said 200 e2w, i split it to 100 ew. For a while i was on 150 per week, but my test levels went up to 900 and he didn't like that.

I'm doing 100mg e7d now because i think that's what will keep my levels where he likes them. 400-600.
Actually re-reading that, maybe 150 e10d was the right script.

Its not perfect, but I found it to be pretty accurate for most of my natural clients but obviously with your past history of cycling you can expect to get past whatever number the calculator gives you :)

Interesting, I put in my numbers and got this (using a hoped for 10% body fat in the future):

Height: 69 in (I am between 69 and 70), Wrist: 7 in, Ankle: 8.75 in

EDIT: Since I believe that modern medicine is a wonderful thing, I am going to see if it will help me surpass those numbers. Modern medicine has given us so many wonderful things, why limit it to only helping when we are dying?

I used that then it reminded me to take new measurements. These are taken per 3J's instructions, all unflexed muscles.

Neck- 17
Chest- 45 1/2
Stomach- 37 1/4 darn you ice cream
Waist- 35
Bicep- R 14 1/2 L 14 1/2
Thighs- R & L 24
Calves R 15 L 15 1/2 broke my right leg and calf has never been the same
Forearms- 12

Measurements before cycle were:
Neck- 16 1/2
Chest- 44
Stomach- 35
Waist- 34 1/4
Bicep 14
Thighs 23
Calves R 14 1/2 L 14 3/4
Forearms 11 1/2
 
Dude, I went from 130 pounds @ 6'2" to 210 pounds with 8%bf completely naturally in only 2 years, and it could have been better, but my nutrition was nowhere near what it could have been. We are all different. Just don't waste your natural potential , because the better natural base you have when you start aas then the better you will respond to the aas and the better you'll look overall. Be your own judge and be honest with yourself.

I believe most people can get an ffmi of 23 with good diet and training. Someone with really good genes maybe 25. It is widely accepted that 25 is the maximum ffmi that someone will achieve without chemical assistance. I've never seen a real natural hit a lean 25. The problem is, most people underestimate their body fat percentage and you here bros say "BUT D00d I em 34 at 7 per cent bf n00b" when they are walking tub of lard at >25% bodyfat with less muscle mass than they think.

I entered some data into that and it calculated 158 lbs and two other numbers I didn't know what they were. 24.1 and 23 something. Is that saying if i leaned out, i should be 158 lbs? That's definitely not what I'm going for. At my height, aboit 12 years ago I got down to 150 lbs on the adkins diet, lifting some and bicycling a while bunch. People said i looked like I had an illness. Granted I know mma fighters are my height and get down to that weight, but I don't know how.

MJF: you need to list the complete results you got from the site otherwise its hard to judge since your given 2 weight numbers - one only accounts for muscle, the other accounts for lbm in general (water, etc).
