ive been able to narrow down my ability to gain fat weight quickly to having a low insulin sensitivity. im guessing my body produces a shit load of insulin and then it makes nutrients get stored into fat. the only way for me to shed weight is through high cardio and low low card diets. so i want to just take something at every meal or something every day that will help out with this, if such a produce exists. how can i do this while i am on post cycle therapy (pct). starting clomid tommorow just doing Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) right now. but i want to shed some fat now, im about to start a cutting diet. thanks for all the help

ALA-R + Biotin work great for this. Add GLA right before you go to sleep for a little extra.

I buy all this from AF, they are constantly reliable for me.

wow

thanks guys and drveejay for being on top of things so quickly, i was thinking of using the r-ala but i seemt o get more hypo off of regular ala why is that does that mean the regular ala works better for me? how can that be possible?

Alpha lipoic acid is exactly what you are looking for. Take 300mg with each meal. for a totla of around 1200mg a day. Leaned me out like a mother fucker when i used it. Just dont take it before going to sleep. It will most likely give you bad heart burn, and the acid reflux can fuck up your esophogus.

you can increase your insulin sensitivity by doing keto diet, eating little to no carbs for like a month. my friend did keto for a long time and then had a chocolate bar and crashed fell to the floor and passed out his insulin sensitivity has skyrocketed

Simplyhuge,
I believe if you are experiencing insulin "insensitivity" you would have what we call diabetes mellitus or high blood sugar, meaning that your pancreas is not secreting the amount of insulin needed to transport your blood sugar to the necessary bodyparts. If you are experiencing this this is Type II diabetes and you need to go see a doc.

if your stored a lot of fat and had little energy but were not diabetic, would that make you insuline insensative? if so is there a way to handel thid meddically.
