If i am cutting, i luv taking my weight first thing in the morning.. If i'm bulking, i luv taking weight after dinner.. Holy crap, says my wife, you've changed nine pounds in a day, or while sleeping, and i cant do that dieting for a whole month, and u do it in one night "asshole" lol..
Now i measure my weight at the same time based on a current life event.. (I was tired of seeing myself loose 5 lbs every morning upon waking).. 5-7 days a week at about 6pm i take a dip in the hot tub,, my schedule and diet for the day is pretty accurate and consistent each day,, so i use this time getting dressed for the HT dip as a consistent time to check weight,, not fasted like morning or not full and bloated after dinner,, just makes for a steady consistent measure for me.
