How do I break through my plateau?

I am 27yrs old, 6'2" 175lbs. Been working out regularly for about 7 months now. I have seen great results but, I seem to be hitting a "growth plateau". As of now I pay no attention to diet whatsoever. Any recommendations as far as diet to start seeing more results.
 
EAT, EAT, and EAT some more. try and get in as much protein as u can. also try and increas the intesity of ur workouts.
