How do I come up with a good dietschedual?

#1) How to calculate the need of P/F/C and energy (kcal)?
#2) How much water is recommended to drink ED?
#3) What to eat?
#4) How often to eat?

Please help me out ;)

1) You can't calculate your need of P/F/C. This is something that is highly individual and must be figured out what is the best ratio FOR YOU. The Metabolic Diet is good for figuring this out. I think it's Metabolicdiet.com

fitday.com - their calorie calculator is actually pretty accurate. You can figure things out using this if you want the easy route.

2) 1 liter/50 lbs bodyweight of water is a good start. Filtered water, not tap water.

3) Eat natural foods only, lots of meat, veggies, and get your fat (don't cut out animal fats). This can be elaborated a lot, but this is a good start.

4) eat every 2-3 hours for best results.
