How do I transition from Sust to Prop

I will be running prop for the last 3 weeks of my cycle, and want to know how I should transition onto it.

My last shot of Sustanon (sust) will be on a thursday.
Do I start the prop the next day, a few days later, or wait a full week or two?

Start you prop 3 days after the last shot of Sustanon (sust) and continue shooting every 2 or 3 days after that till the end of your cycle.

Three full days after your last Prop shot. For example... Injection Monday, post cycle therapy (pct) starts Friday.
