How do most of you structure cheat days...

Just wondering how dieters like to structure their cheat days...or meals. Mine is Sunday, so I start out with a whey shake, then some Starbucks coffee, moderate lunch, then dinner out...along with a few drinks later on, and some sweet stuff.(ice cream, cookies, etc) I try to get some quality protein in that day, some veggies with dinner, and LOTS of water if Im gonna drink alcohol. What do you do?
 
Cheat days? I'm cutting so I only get a cheat meal a week. I do it sunday night for the simple reason that if I do it sunday night I'm more likely to continue with my normal diet starting monday again. Sometimes I'll do a little extra like put some sugar in my oatmeal in the morning.

Pretty much a free-for-all meal though. Usually pizza or mcdonalds with a nice dessert.
 
And I always look awesome about an hour after my cheat meal, cuz I'm doing a keto-diet so as soon as I cheat I FILL out.
 
Im not cutting or bulking at the moment but i have a cheat meal wed nite and sat nite the rest is quite strict though.
 
im cutting pretty strictly. however the weekends i drink and eat whatever. its working out real well, but im sure it could be more efficient. Its a double edged sword though, people i know that keep a perfect 7 day diet are usually miserable as hell. Also, if you cheat too much your body is going to start craving those things.

tas how's the keto diet going, im thinking about hopping on one for the summer season...can u elaborate on it?
 
I'm currently bulking, I'm eating as much as I can as cleanly as I can. I lift Friday and Sunday mornings and do cardio on Friday nights and Saturday nights. Basically I eat whatever I want on Friday and Saturday nights, 9/10 that means eating out or ordering in. I'll also have an ice cream cone from Mcdonalds or some no sugar added ice cream at home. Last Friday I ate a bunch of wings with fries and last Saturday I ate 5 pieces of pizza and had a Mcflurry.
