sometimes i was just too furious and unaware of overtraining, then all the pain comd after, that was embaressing
do u have this kind of problem, how do u cope with 'em?
You cope with it by not overtraining.
Your body can only endure so much, and you've gotta learn to know when enough is enough.
Don't forgot to take those rest days, they're extremely important!
