How do yo administer RUI Methyl B12 drops

I received and order of the Methyl B12 drops, and I'm wondering exactly how to administer them. They are a sublingual, so I as I understand it this should be under the tongue, or held in the mouth in some fashion. How long though. It appears a typical dose is 15-30 drops.

Put 5 drops under your tongue and let it sit there for a good 30 seconds, then swallow. You don't need more than 5000mcg ED.
What's the concentration of the solution?
It's a dropper at 1000mcg per serving which I'm assuming is per milliliter. Still have two bottles of lozenges to go through before I can try out RUI's stuff though, so the dose being 1ml is a guess. :)

1 serving is 1,00mcg per .5ml which is 15 drops.

Sublingual you want 5000mcg/day since the absorption rate is less than injection and that's the rough equivalence. Whatever amount of drops that comes out to.

If 1000mcg=1/2ml than do 2.5ml and if 1/2ml= 15drops than do 75drops.

Yup, this. ^^^

I am surprised you can count the drops. I just squirt away with my oral ancillaries after measuring it out haha. :p

I'll check these out. I've used NOW foods B-12 5000mcg lozenges. Wanted to try something different to see if I notice a difference, and honestly I think I do. However, if I can find a suitable lozenge replacement, I'd use it instead. At the current rate of dozing those Methyl b-12 drops will go fast. They aren't expensive, but still.

Ingot my Jarrows lozenges from Vitacost. Pretty cheap, 5000mcg/lozenge, and methyl formula not cyano.

I use Amazon prime. I live out in slightly rural desert communities, so having amazon prime is essential haha. Looks like it's 14 bucks with free shipping. About a dollar more than vitacost, but I don't have to pay the shipping. I go to amazon for everything. It usually pans out a better deal with the lack of shipping.

Nice! I think you'll enjoy the Jarrows formula. The taste is actually pretty decent compared to others I've had.

I've just ordered 4 months supply of the Jarrows B12 Methyl sublingual Dre - how you finding them?

So far so good. I've only been using them for 5 or 6 days but I've noticed slightly improved energy. That could also be due to slightly better sleep I've been getting. My aunt is crazy about her vitamins and loves the Jarrows brand and Austin has recommended the brand as well. I respect both their opinions so it was a no brained for me lol. If you're deficient in B12 you should feel the added energy boost.

I'm not really deficient but I'm considering giving the drops a try to see if I notice anything different. I'd really like to try the injectable but I'm not sure if it's even worth it. I asked my doc last year during my physical and he was like "just get the pill form"...I'm due for another physical-may ask again just to try it.

Pill form has extremely poor bio availability. I would o for the rui sublingual drops over pills. Plus the form of b12 comes into play. Thay have the highest bioavaiable form of b12 in their sublingual drops. It makes a huge difference.
