Take your fish oil, eat fresh crush garlic, get your fiber, eat lots of veggies, and eat foods rich in antioxidants such as blueberries.

I think you could do sprints while you bulk, but you just have to up your calories to make up for this. This could help keep you lean and keep your conditioning to acceptable levels while bulking.
 
Lots of fresh vegetables, hard intense training, also dietary cholesterol doesn't affect all people the same. I have fairly low cholesterol, even though I am bulking.
 
I had a Doctor's appointment yesterday and he gave me a hard time about all of the weight that I have been gaining, he expected my cholesterol to be very high. He was surprised that the results from my cholesterol test showed that I was in excellent health with fairly low cholesterol.
