I use the gym as a stress reliever... I have been definitely struggling to stay motivated especially during these very trying times... I pray for those affected by this terrible disease but also wish that I had my regular gym and workouts in order to relieve anxieties and stress. I realize I have not answered your question but just want to let you know you are not alone. Everyone stay safe and hopefully we will all be back in the gym soon.
tried jogging with that mask on but it was a fail.
i almost hyperventalated from lack of oxygen. does anyone workout at the gym with a mask? how do you do it? can you breath?
